The book…

Sex without Pain

By Dr. Heather Jeffcoat, PT, DPT

Heather created this insightful book to assist people worldwide who have reached out to her for much-needed advice and guidance. With a wealth of experience and numerous successes over the years, she felt a strong desire to share her valuable knowledge through a comprehensive self-help guide that women and their partners could easily use in the comfort of their own homes. The book places a significant emphasis on the innovative IRAS Method, which intricately combines physical therapy, therapeutic massage, and specialized neuromuscular techniques to promote fast and effective recovery from various pelvic floor muscle issues, such as painful spasms and troublesome overactivity.

(Vince, the pic of yellow and pink binders should be of the cover of the book. I want the pic of the book pages to be an excerpt of the book)
